3. Studio

The four planes are inclined, which is conducive to the fall of sand and dust, not to accumulate at the bottom. There are two shelves in the working room, and the upper and lower positions of the shelves can be adjusted. The shelves are also made of stainless steel. Another square screen made of stainless steel is set in the working room. The purpose of the square screen is to effectively pass through the dust and repeatedly blow the dust. Large dust or other falling parts (or impurities) are blocked, so that the dust blowing can be carried out smoothly. A test hole is arranged on the left side of the working room, which is directly connected with the external box body, so that the power line or signal line can enter the working room smoothly.
Silicone rubber sealing strip is used for the working room and the box door to ensure that the working room does not leak.
4. Dust blowing system
The dust blowing system of sand dust test chamber includes dust blowing, vibration and dust drying.
The dust blowing part is mainly composed of a fan, a dust blowing circulating air duct and a dust blowing air flow direction adjustment.
The dust blower is installed on the base of the test box, and its working parts are made of stainless steel. The air inlet of the fan is connected with the air outlet at the bottom of the studio, the air outlet of the fan is connected with the air duct, the other end of the air duct is the air outlet, and the air outlet is directly installed on the top of the studio. The air outlet is provided with an adjusting device for adjusting the air flow direction of dust blowing. The purpose of the regulating device is to blow dust more evenly. The direction of air circulation is clockwise vertical air flow from top to bottom. The connection flange of the whole dust blowing cycle is provided with sealing gasket.
The purpose of vibration is not to deposit sand dust at the bottom of the working room, so that sand dust can be recycled more effectively. The vibrator is installed on the outer surface of the inclined bottom surface of the working chamber. The vibration mode is unbalanced vibration of motor. Due to long-term non use or the influence of climate factors (such as "plum rain" season), sand dust will contain a certain amount of water and become humid. At this time, the dust is not conducive to the test. Therefore, the dust must be dried. The main purpose of dust drying is to heat the air stream of blowing dust and to heat the dust. The heater is made of stainless steel, which is directly installed in the dust blowing circulating air duct. The heating temperature can be directly set and controlled by the instrument.
5. Electrical control system
The electrical control system of the sand dust test chamber is located on the right side of the front of the chamber. The control circuit board is located in the cabinet, and the control panel is equipped with dust drying temperature, total timing, dust blowing cycle and switch indicator lights for various functions.
