2. Main refrigeration accessories


1) Refrigeration compressor: the original imported low-noise scroll cascade mechanical refrigeration system is adopted. Whether the refrigeration compressor has enough and reasonable high-quality refrigeration oil will directly affect its service life. If the refrigeration oil enters the refrigeration system, especially the heat exchanger, its performance will be greatly reduced. Therefore, the oil separator should be set in the system, and the imported oil separator and refrigerator with the best performance should be used, with the most stable oil performance and viscosity.

4) High efficiency condensing evaporator


At present, the world's advanced brazed plate heat exchanger is used. This kind of heat exchanger is composed of several corrosion-resistant stainless steel sheets which are used to suppress the herringbone shaped ripples. The adjacent stainless steel sheets have opposite corrugations, and the corrugations back lines intersect each other to form a large number of contact solder joints. Because of the complex contact network channel, the fluid on both sides forms turbulence, which improves the heat exchange intensity and is strong at the same time The turbulent flow and smooth stainless steel surface make the inner surface of the heat exchange channel of the brazed plate not easy to scale. After using this heat exchanger, not only the system resistance is reduced, but also the disadvantages of large size, poor heat exchange and low efficiency of this part in the previous large-scale domestic low-temperature test chamber can be overcome.
