Usage method



1. Place the test piece on one end of the bracket and clamp it in the left clamp, and then clamp the other end in the left clamp. Manually rotate the disc to the maximum stroke to see if it reaches the product test stroke. If the stroke is too small, increase the stroke (generally, it is better to clamp the test piece in as much as possible); then fasten the right clamp to make the test piece on the same parallel horizontal plane.


2. Connect the 220V power supply, press the power switch, and the indicator light will be on.


3. Set the number of times required by the product and set the counting method as follows (4-digit value setting method; Press the displacement key "→" and the value displacement key "↑" to modify the value to the number you need, wait for 8 seconds, and then press "set" to clear. To set the 8-digit value, press the displacement key "→" and wait for 8 seconds, then display "29-1" to modify the value to "31-1" and wait for 8 seconds, press the displacement key "→" and the value displacement key "↑" modify the value to the number you need, wait for 8 seconds and press)


4. Then adjust to the required speed value. The current speed of regulation can be displayed in LED within 3 seconds.
